MULTI-LEAF SPRING

The leaf springs is composed of several plates of steel of uniform thickness and different lengths wich are placed one above the other. These are used to support different loads (light, medium and heavy).

PARABOLIC SPRING

The typical parabolic spring consists of 1 to 4 leaves. The most notable charecteristic is the side view taper roll profile. This is a gradual and proportional reduction in the thickness along the lenght of the leaves wich results in a uniform stress distribution in the working section of the spring. This type of configuration extends life and results in greater overall durability of the product as compared to a conventional multi-leaf spring.
